Derby Roundabout was established in 1982 as a Private Members Club for people who are single or divorced, separated or widowed. We are not a dating agency, but a place where lasting friendships have developed and grown.
We now have a membership of approximately 140 and we continue to welcome new members. Our membership are in the 50 plus age group – unattached people who are looking to develop their social life and make new friendships.
We have a weekly club night on Thursdays 7:30 to 10:30pm at the Spondon Village Hall, Sitwell Street, Derby, DE21 7FG. View location on Google Maps
Admission to Club Night for visitors is £4.50 and there is a yearly membership fee currently £35 and is payable in May of each year.
We also have a monthly programme of events organised by members, with activities to suit everyone, from walks to meals out, badminton and table tennis to theatre trips and weekends away.
Many people have found that joining Roundabout has been a positive, life-changing experience. Some comments from members:
"Since joining Derby Roundabout I have made lots of friends - men and women. I play badminton regularly and I love the chance to meet friends and enjoy the dancing."
Derby Roundabout is for life - not just dancing
